General Return Policy & Guidelines:
We take pride in our reputation for quality and value but due to the intimate nature of most Xposed Skinz products, returns and exchanges are limited to Unopened Items ONLY. If an item has been opened and removed from its original shipping package, Xposed Skinz will exchange the item for a $10USD fee per item in addition to any shipping fees. However, Xposed Skinz will accept for refund or exchange any item with a manufacturer defect or any unopened item(s) as long as the item is returned to Xposed Skinz within 14 days from the date of purchase for US customers, and 30 days for international customers. Shipping and handling for non-defective returns, are the customer's responsibility.
Xposed Skinz, LLC reserves the right to refuse any excessive and/or bad faith returns. Items returned that do not meet our return policy guidelines will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense (COD), and no credit will be issued.
Return/Exchange Process:
Returns deemed manufacturer/quality defective or wrong size/color are refunded to the credit card or exchanged. If the return is the result of our error, we will arrange to have the item shipped via UPS or USPS and returned to our address.
In the event of exchange, the new product is recharged to the credit card on record and will be shipped to you at your expense. Please allow up to 5 days to process your return for credit; 10 days for International returns. Please allow 14-21 business days for a refund to post to the account once it has been completed. Allow 1-2 business cycles for credit to appear on your statement.
How to Return or Exchange

Please include a copy of the original invoice OR provide the original order details such as order number, postal address, date of invoice and a contact email or phone. Make a note of the exchanges or refunds you require.

Please indicate if you prefer a refund or exchange for another item, size or color.

In the event of an exchange and the item is not available, a refund will be issued to your credit card.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Please understand that due to the nature of our shavers, they have been in contact with an area of the body that deem them nonreturnable for health and hygiene reasons. Under no circumstances do we accept returns other than for manufacturing defects which at that time an exchange will be made.
We realize that this may seem an inconvienence for you, our client, but rest assured that all our products are visually inspected before shipment.
